As Founding Partner of Zammitti Law, Valerie has been practicing law with a focus in the areas of trusts, estates and elder law since 2007. She brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to help those seeking guidance to achieve peace of mind through planning. Valerie takes pride in creating a comfortable environment for her clients to speak honestly, so together their goals can be reached.

As a result of lifetime multi-tasking, Valerie is committed to assisting clients in an efficient manner through each phase of planning. Her ability to effectively communicate complex estate and tax principles comes easily to Valerie, a prior coach and tutor.

Whether Valerie is helping you set up an estate plan, work through the steps following the passing of a loved one, or assess your needs relative to long term care, or figure out the proper succession plan for your business, she will strive to help you protect the assets you have worked your life to achieve and allow you to leave a lasting legacy for multiple generations.

Since 2011, Valerie and her family are proud to call Warwick their home.

Jillian is our special teams member. She does it all! Zammitti Law has been fortunate enough to have Jillian with us since September of 2017. The ship keeps running because of Jillian’s tireless effort to do her utmost to meet our clients’ needs. Her compassion, education, and history as a paralegal, helps Jillian create an unparalleled client experience.

For most of her career, Jillian has focused in the areas of estate planning and elder law. She is also the Zammitti Law lead for all probate and trust administration matters. Jillian enjoys walking clients through the steps to help resolve all estate matters after the passing of a loved one.

In the spring of 2021, Jillian and her family relocated to Tennessee, where she continues to maintain the same level of service to our team and clients. We’re proud to say she never misses a beat while she keeps up with a large young family!

Mackenzie brings a natural calm to everyone. Her presence in the firm and with clients has allowed us to bring multiple new value-added client features. Mackenzie’s business education and knowledge of current social media platforms helps bring new educational videos to our communities.

After graduating, Mackenzie worked as a Supervisor and Preschool Teacher in a local daycare center. In addition to being a lifetime resident of Warwick, Mackenzie became a staple for many of our community members through this prior position. She has been praised by many as a wonderful person and we couldn’t agree more. Mackenzie has a knack for communicating seamlessly with all generations. An old soul as they say!

With goals of continuing her education, Mackenzie plans to attend law school and continue to grow in her career. In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys baking and photography. We support her in all that she hopes to accomplish and experience.

EDUCATION

SUNY Orange, Associates degree in Business Administration

After living in Chile for more than seven years, Marcela and her husband, Matthew, have returned to the USA and settled in the Village of Warwick. Marcela has worked in and around Family Law as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant for most of her career and is happy to now branch into this new field of Estate Planning and Probate.

As our practice grows, Marcela will help us with community outreach programs, events and marketing systems. She will also be available to help translate for our Spanish speaking community as they work with the firm.

In her free time, Marcela does volunteer work, participates in an active book club, loves to knit and enjoys exploring everything the Town of Warwick has to offer.

Peter brings a natural warmth, professionalism, and client-centered approach to every interaction. With hands-on experience across banking, insurance, and the legal field, he has developed a calm, clear, and compassionate communication style that elevates the support we provide to every client. His years as a Legal Assistant and File Manager at a defense firm in St. Louis strengthened his attention to detail and his ability to guide clients through challenging moments with patience and care.

Peter studied Mass Communication at the University of Perpetual Help System in Cavite and later pursued European Studies at the University of the Philippines Diliman, giving him a well-rounded perspective and an ease in connecting with people from all backgrounds. Dedicated to continuous growth in the legal field, he brings curiosity, reliability, and a steady commitment to serving our clients and community. Outside the office, he enjoys learning new skills, exploring creative projects, and finding inspiration in everyday life.

Louie is an adorable Cavapoo who joined the team in September 2023.

When he’s not chewing his favorite bone or toy, he enjoys greeting clients and getting belly rubs.
